Brief Description: New nose rib form with metal faces
On my lunch break today, I gathered all the supplies necessary to make my new nose rib forms, per the plans as provided by ZAC. I guess I thought I could use hardwood and get around this step, but no such luck. Because I had already cut and trimmed all my blanks, I had to spend extra time making absolutely sure that everything aligned with those blanks. Had I been starting from scratch, the job would have gone faster...but not fast enough to offset the time of cutting all new blanks! Everything came out perfectly and I bent one rib just to test things before calling it a night. Now all I have to do is bend a dozen more ribs and I'll be on to the next thing. There's always something to look forward to.
