The project moved forward one big step today as I completed my wing ribs. Everything went perfectly, and the most tedious part was over 3 hours of "tweaking" all the flanges to get them to 90 degrees. I'm very pleased with the results. I'm guessing I will finish the nose ribs next, just to get past the whole rib thing first. For the record, the entire wing rib project took me 46 hours, or about 2.55 hours per rib. It's a lot of time, but it saved me approximately $550 (compared to the $680 that the factory gets for these 18 ribs).
