I did all the solid riveting tonight and was pleased with the results. Unlike the last time, when I used the C-frame to drive rivets, I used the traditional method of bucking bar and rivet gun. I then installed the outside dual control uprights and they measured 258mm (as per plans). Likewise, the center uprights measured at 70mm, so these tricky parts came out just fine. I then assembled the spar stack using the 4-15 bolts without tightening the nuts. Tomorrow I'll finish up by marking and drilling the blind rivet line on the top of the spar, disassembling everything to deburr that area, reassembling everything, torquing the main spar bolts, and finally setting the blind rivets.
