I'm sure there will be plenty of challenges ahead in this project, but this specific part -- the wing spars -- is what has had my attention since day one. There are no pictures on the Zenith site or in the Photo Assembly Guide of a wing spar, because most builders simply order theirs from the factory. Solid riveting, especially when dealing with beefy rivets like the AN-470-AD-6-14 variety, can be tough at first. How do you drill with precision through four layers of different materials over a 10 foot + length without misalignment or twist? Thankfully there are a few builders who have built these things and taken the time to document some of the processes in pictures and words. I am indebted to them.
