Brief Description: Drilled rear web and bottom spar cap out to larger
Because I had some slightly oblong holes in the rear web where it was to have been perfectly match drilled with the bottom spar cap, I consulted Roger at ZAC today and he advised that I move up the the next size rivet. I moved up from 5-9 rivets or 6-8 rivets. Everything went fine with the increased size of the hole, virtually eliminating any additional space around the rivets.
