Brief Description:  Cut blanks for nose rib & spar cap angles plus cen

With my outboard spars predrilled, the next step was to fabricate the pieces that get riveted to the spar. Of course, match drilling through multiple layers to the final size will be required as well. I had hoped I would not have to disassemble my drill press arrangement, but this kind of scoring and breaking required a long, clean edge. The other side of the worktable has the bending brake attached, so removing the drill press was my only option for cutting these pieces. On the advice of Debo Cox and Dave Clay, I cut all my angles wide, so I can bend them more easily. It will simply require that I cut down the wide flange to size after the bend has been made. I'm actually kind of jazzed about getting to use the brake again, especially on the center spar webs which have some interesting angles. Another good test of my bend allowance spreadsheet--especially the new multiple bend section.
