Brief Description: Completed matched pre-drilling of OB spar webs
After one last quick review of my markings, I drilled (#40 bit) all holes in the left OB spar web. Before using this as a template for drilling the next web, I deburred the holes. Next, I flanged and taper cut the right web and then put it back-to-back with the pre-drilled left web. I temporarily clamped it to the worktable, then began drilling and clecoing through the left web as my template. Piece of cake. Finally I deburred the right web and quit for the night.
