Today, I clecoed the left aileron together and match reamed all the skin to spar and rib holes. Because my bench has a bit of a bow (1/4" in the length of the aileron), I clamped my 4' level to the trailing edge to ensure straightness.
After reaming, I dissassembled the aileron, de-vinyled the spar and rib rivet lines on the main and nose skins, deburred all the rivet holes, and deburred all skin and skeleton edges except for the lightening holes in the spar.
Ensuring the trailing edge is straight before match reaming.
