Reinstalled control column/stick assembly and clamped the sticks vertical, then set each aileron to neutral using the W-730 bellcrank jig. The right pushrod fell right into place. I had to lengthen the left one by three turns. Rather than fully disconnect and remove the pushrod to adjust both rod ends, I took all three turns of the adjustment on the inboard rod end then rotated the rotated the pushrod itself 1-1/2 turns toward the control column. Before final assembly, I’ll check all pushrods for equal rod end threading.
