The balancer I've had was painted and the paint failed after the first run do to the intense heat. I took the balancer to a local powder coater and they wanted a rediculous $75 for it. Heck no! Instead I went with a high temp engine paint by VHT and will be seeing if this will work out better than the paints I've used so far. Here's to luck on my side!
