So I found the cause of yet again, more prop damage and it was due to a screw coming loose off my cowling on the last flight. The reason this is happening is because I ran a tap through my nutplates in order to keep from stripping so many screw heads, but I've now concluded that it's better to strip heads then constantly repair prop damage. I'll need to replace the nutplates. For now, flox and micro to fill this gash. Then an excuse for a better paint job. I may also be modifying the prop for a little more RPM ;)
