Brief Description:  Lets try again

Let's try this again. so get this. Hands off level flight equals the following bizaarness: On the ground, ailerons level trim. Take off, head for high cruise speed (185kts at 3000ft.) and the airplane gets weird. The aiplane flight straight BUT the ailerons are now in a Hard LEFT configuraton. Didn't touch a thing. SO WEIRD. Then I give it right stick to "level" the ailerons and it banks right. HARD right. So what's up? Is my wing twisted or something? I have no idea...Robert and Valerie Harris have no idea. But WHY would the ailerons displace themselves against the trim spring with zero input from me? I'm stumped and so is everyone else.
Well I decided to start by scrutinizing the control system. the only slop I have is in the U-Joints which apparently is normal. I don't believe it myself but whatever. They are 80 bucks a piece to replace. Moving on. I found some incorrect geometry in pushrods and spent several hours correcting this. I then adjusted them to have droop. This droop will be removed in flight when the ailerons are both lifted. I will then tackle my yaw, then roll. My HOPE is that when I finally get the yaw and roll nailed it will cause the ailerons to flush themselves. Otherwise I swear the previous builder did something totally crazy that I never saw and it will haunt this airplane...
