You know I'm a believer that nothing bad happens without a good outcome. This is one of those times when I felt several hours were wasted on my first attempt to build the roll system. The truth was that having to re-do a couple things has been a huge blessing. I re-positioned the trim bracket to be dead on the centerline of the control system and now have even more room for the trim knob shaft. I also spent enough time trimming and testing different springs to find what I call "perfect" tension. All is well in the shop tonight :)
