This is the re-inforcement angle of the panel. Requires a lot of preparation, drilling & cutting, before it is actually attached.
Once all the prep is done, the actual bend step was easy and surprisingly conformed well. Once this is double-checked, time to backdrill and cleco. Then the deburring, countersinking, and riveting can be done.
The braces to the F-621 will be next. Same concept, but screw fasteners to nutplates for the instrument panel, rivets to the F-621.
