Used a plumb-bob to 'locate' the position of the existing screw holes (fasteners) in the fwd seat area. Then used placed the new seat floor skin under the bob, marked and drilled each hole.
Time consuming and tedious, requiring multiple repositionings of the bob and floors. Had to cleco the floor in place to secure each new hole and be carefull to not disturb the bob in the process.
Located and drilled the holes along the top of F-604?? bulkhead (spar attach) only and left the ribs until later.
Updated plans call-out MS-21051-01 platenuts for this floor area. I have K1000-08 platenuts, and need to install about three that were drilled out. Will have to order MS platenuts or determine suitability. Cannot be positive that MS p/n was used by previous installer. Same screws are indicated for both ... to be determined.
