Photo #1 shows the yardstick across the baggage compartment bulkhead and 'trueness' of the surface.
Photo #2 shows the prop (long stick) to hold the woodblock against the fuselage to keep the skin tight during back-drilling. Needs to be removed, clecoed, and reset between drilling the holes to maintain proper tension.
Photo #3 shows the strap/rope and the wookblock used to draw down the skin and hold it tight during the drilling process. It is not clear but the holes in the vertical line just below the strap, which has misalignment problem. Probably need 'oops rivets and be redrilled to #30.
