Brief Description:  Fabricate F-631 brackets

While waiting for garage construction and tool order to arrive, reading ahead and using the bench tools and materials to get a jump on preparations for assembly later. Decided to fabricate the support brackets for the cabin frame, F-631C Left & Right and 631D Left & Right.

Necessary to fabricate two of each bracket and because of the aft tilted angle of the frame, the left and right brackets are mirror images.

Easiest way to accomplish this angle and achieve symmetry of parts is to tilt the bandsaw table and cut the first two (631C and 631D) for the right angle and then reverse the guide and stock to cut the left angle. This is a flip-flop of the guide and the stock so that the opposite leading edge of the stock goes through the blade from the first cuts.

Discovered the 'strap material' for the roll bar is not in any of the kit material. Sent an email to the original owner to see if he'll double check the hanger - could be standing in the corner.
