Helped Mike C recently with a few chores on getting his RV-6A back together from paint shop, and he joined me today to clean-up a few difficult rivets.
After some long visits with other friends that stopped by to chat, we reviewed our procedure, tools and techniques. Once the bucking bar started pounding shop heads the actual time was amazing quick. Ended up fixing a few less than excellent rivets, and finishing the remaining 8-9 rivets that Gordon and I skipped.
Did a little polishing afterward to clean-up the fingerprints & tool rash. Inserted the plexiglass rear window and stopped for the 'quality time' with family & friends.
