Brief Description:  NACA vents, figerglass, rudder fairing

Drilled, match-drilled, deburred, dimpled, repeat ... finally pounded some rivets to install the overlay NACA vent panel. Looks better, but it is what it is, a re-do.

Assembled the flaps, ailerons, and wingtips, to work through preparations for final assembly and installation on the fuselage. Finding all the bolt and spacer call-outs and making adjustment of control surface alignment. One aileron is 1/8" shorter than the adjacent flap and needs a re-do of the bracket or a spacer. (Vans?) Both flaps (factory QB) have a slight curve in the trailing edge, making it more challenging to align.

Reviewed the gap seal and rivet call-outs, and rivet sequencing. This is a tricky area because there are 'blind alleys' in the assembly if done in reverse. Some pull-rivets required.
