Brief Description: Panel - cable mounting brackets

Aligned, drilled, match-drilled and deburred. Removed panel, disassembled, re-assembled, and disassembled again. Add nutplates after degreasing, and primnig the subpanel bracket. Primed and then painted the panel bracket, and added nutplates. Added SS socket head screws for the Adel clamps.
