Trimmed the excess from the bottom rib reinforcement, and assembled components. Match-drilled a few holes, and disassembled. Will debur and re-assemble to match-drill the final holes after removing protective film and deburring/dimpling.
Disassembled the top rib old components to re-use the skin. Match-drilled to the new top rib, with re-iterative disassembly & deburring to ensure a good fit and avoid progress error build-up. Inserted this assembly onto the top of the new skin and match-drilled a couple of holes only to provide a place/way to cleco the assembly for final match-drilling.
