Doing a 100% replacement of the rollbar, following an unsuccessful attempt to partially re-fab and align the original rollbar. Complexity is due to needing to match EXACTLY the rear window, alignment, and spacing.
Every effort is being made to align and match in each step of fabrication. Thus, had to replace the splice plates when the previous alignment was not exact.
Received several items from Vans today and expect EMS components soon.
