Brief Description:  Cowl, bottom rt, hinge

Polished one of the steel hinge pins for the curved upper cowl and tapered the point more, and tested the insertion and extraction ease. Really tight where the outboard curve occurs. Might get easier over a few cycles and when the cowl is attached to the hinge, also.

Clecoed, while adjusting the fit, worked the slight skin 'bubble' to average it over the entire side length. Checked the rivet call-outs and hand-turned the deburring turn to clean-up the counter-sink shape on the fuselage skin. Improved the rivet 'seat' with a minor turn or two.

Worked alternating rivets with clecoes between, and got a very satisfactory fit. Used the micrometer on the squeezer 'closed' gap to precisely set these hinge/skin rivets. Bottom rivet is impossible to squeeze and will require a slim bucking bar to fit between outboard engine mount and rivet.
