Decided to re-fabricate the F-632B angle bracket and make the top portion slightly wider to meet minimal edge distance for the AD4-6 size rivets.
Added a little over 1/8th inch to each side but maintained the specified width on the aft portion of the angle. Because the F-674 top skin and related layers have already been drilled, this angle must be wide enough to accomodate the five holes and maintain edge distance.
The flanges on the lower aft portion (bottom) of the F-632C channel will need to be trimmed away slightly to allow better clearance to buck the outboard two rivets.
Because of the FIVE layers involved in this row of rivets, it will be difficult to squeeze the slack out of the stack to get a good physical set. It will take some ingenuity.
