Brief Description: Trim edge of plexi - rear window
Fired up the die-grinder and trimmed a little excess off the edges, then scraped it to clean up (debur).
Guess that should tell how warm the garage was today (winter in Phoenix) --- gotta love this weather.
Re-installed the top skin, and the rear-window plexi --- only four holes but not drilling more at this time. That will be a plexiglass work day and this is just a simple rough fit day. I'm now happy with the fit. Just needs more edge clean-up (and polish).
#1 - An even reveal is presented on the plexi #2 - Seen from this perspective tells me I'm going to like the visibility in this plane #3 - The fwd edge (rollbar edge) is awaiting final trim, almost 1/4" to take off. Last step before drilling and tapping fasteners.
