Brief Description:  Stick Boot Rings

Instead of fabricating the F-7110 R and L stick boot rings from AS3-032 Alum, I resorted to a slightly thicker and 'green' solution, recycling. I had a piece of the old forward seat floor panels left and it is 042. Already bent at the right angle, too.

Deviated slightly on the width, too, in order to match the holes for the two existing floor/rib screws. Will have to add two other nutplates for the bottom and other side of the rings.

These need a little more shaping, sizing, deburring, priming, and drilling but it was a task that I skipped earlier and found convenient to do now. Not too complex, quick, and do-able start-to-finish (almost) in one hour. Good task to keep me actively working each and every day.

Little by little.

Confirmation received of my Aircraft Spruce drill bits, hole duplicator, and misc tool.
