Brief Description:  Drilled top of spar with #20 drill and hung ailero

I started out marking the I/B end of the wing with the fore and aft cut marks (no cutting yet). Followed this up by marking the 40mm pitch on the top of the main spar and back drilling with a #40 drill, followed this up with the #30 and then to the final size #20. I also decided to see how well my right aileron fits, I was very happy with this, the control horn lines up nicely and I have the required 5mm gap as indicated by measuring 80mm O/B from rear rib #7 (this is where the flap is supposed to finish, 5mm beyond this is where my aileron starts). I actually spent the day with Dusan up at Clives place, we managed to mark up cut, drill and cleco two ailerons and two flaps, this just leaves Clive with the deburring, dimpling, corrosion proofing and riveting, I am guessing about 1 week of evenings should see him done. Time taken 7.5 hours.
