Brief Description: L angle stiffener brackets for wing walk on RR#1-4
I cut all the required L angles for the wing walk stiffeners, marked out the requried rivet pitch and then marked the center line on each of the ribs to locate the L angles. The L angles where then drilled with a #30 drill before being used as a template to back drill the ribs. Once this was done I disassembled the ribs and L's, deburred and coated with Cortec before re-assembling and pop riveting. Next step, mark the spar L angles and back drill, hope my angle drill fits.
