I laid out the measurements according to the plans and cut the aileron control horn doubler bracket to size before laying out the required rivet pitch and back drilling with a #30 drill. The control horn brackets where then located at 70mm from the botton of the rib and back drilled. The entire structure was then disassembled, deburred and coated with cortec before pop riveting the parts in place. I could see no reason the plans why this could not be completed as I still have enough room to dimple the ribs when required.
