Sent the following email to Nick Heintz;
I will paste this in once all comments are back, but Nick replied and acknowledged the problem and asked me to measure the remaining aileron and also both flaps to ensure they are OK. Not a bad turn around, about 1 day to respond.

Yes the information quoted is correct, many thanks for the quick response and the replacement of the defective part.
Could you please advise what the shipping metnod etc. will be so that I have an idea of how long it might take to arrive.

We have also made some improvements to the aileron tip rib 6W2-4, I will
include a set at no extra charge. Please look over the attached pdf file, please confirm all is correct. We will be ready to ship Tuesday January 24.
