Brief Description: Working on incorrectly bent aileron
With some help from Dusan, got the flap skins down from storage. Then spent the rest of the time trying to work out a reasonable solution to the badly bent aileron situation. After mutch head scratching we finally came back to the original idea of cutting the excess material off which also included the 20mm flange. To attach the hinge I will pop rivet two L angles back to back at the correct heigh which will basically be determined by the position of the ribs. By the way I am going down the path of not using the flex hinge, so will order two extruded hinges soon.
