Time for some pre work. Once one side of the inner bulkheads had a ply of BID, the other side and the ends needed the layups done in one go per section.
The first pic is a little structure so I could put a 5lb weight on the hardpoints. I made two and divided up the layups into the outside ones first which have two metal points. Then later I did the inside.
The next pics show how I did the glass shapes for these awkward places. Just starting with paper I work out how to get the glass where I want it and then its drawn up on foil. Glass with the correct bias angle is cut oversize and then I'm ready.
