Installed and adjusted the aileron pushrods. Vans gives you a nice jig fixture for the wing bellcrank inside the wing but nothing but a measurement for the neutral position at the root end torque rod. Neutral position is 2- 17/32 away from the tank end rib so I made a fixture from a scrap rib that would hold the arm at 2 - 17/32". With both fixtures in place, it's easy to adjust the pushrod rod ends to the proper length and lock in place. Finish that and moved to assemble the aileron trim system so I can get the right aileron pushrod bolted into final positiion. You need to remove the pushrod to install the trim spring brackets so best to do it all now rather than have to remove the pushrod later.
