Mock up the left tank to prepare parts for assembly. The J channel is finished match drilling and then the back baffle is added to provide stability for the counter sink cage as the skin is counter sunk where the rear baffle will attach. The plans say to skip every 10th hole and then counter skink and rivet after initial assembly is completed with the Pro Seal sealant to improve alignment. The rest of the skins will be dimpled. More edge deburring and clean up of the parts also today prior to mock up.
