Start with stall vane slot which requires you to drill 2 #10 holes then file the area between to make the slot. Probably will need to be tweaked once the sensor is installed in order to get proper clearance. The leading edge skin has a J channel stiffener on the top skin only and you need to cut it to size and drill the end holes 5/16" in from the ends. Draw a center line and cleco in place to match drill. I taped it down so it would not shift and also put the ribs into place to make sure the J channel was not hitting the ribs prior to final #40 drilling to match the holes on the skin.
