Brief Description: Pro Seal (Flame Master) foam ribs
All parts ready to glue in the foam ribs. Bot eelevator halves and the trim tab need to be completely ready so that you can glue in the ribs all in one session unless you are mixing the tank sealer from a cans. The syringe from Vans (Flame Master now) is 3.5 oz and has a 2hr working time and you will need most of that. Trim tab gets ribs glued in and then you have to cleco and rivet the leading edge spar, rear hinge, and top skin together before you can cleco the trailing edge and tape together to close out the part. Elevators just need the ribs glued in and you can cleco the traiing edges and tape together and put on your straight surface to cure. (5 days curing time according to the instructions).
