Van's discover a crack in Frame 1010 of one of the factory demo planes (the one with the Continental IO-360). As a result, they issued a Service Bulletin and sent repair kits to all builders on record. For me it was easy as I had yet to rivet any part of the Tailcone. For those already flying or past this part fo the build, it was a lot more work. For me it was a non-event as I just changed out the applicable pages in the manual and carried on as if this had been part of the kit all along. Any way to get caught up to where I was with everything else (ready to prime) I simply match drilled the doublers that Van's sent to me to the F-1010 and horizontal stab attach bracket and then deburred the edges and the holes.
