Brief Description: Finished match drilling right-side stiffeners
Completed match drilling the right side stiffeners. Discovered I screwed up the right "E" stiffener. When I got to the last hole I discovered that some how I hadn't gotten the reference mark in the first hole, some 90 inches away, right, As a result, the whole stiffener was about 3/16's too far forward whch meant the last hole got drilled right through the aft edge of the stiffener instead comfortably back in the web. It was an agonizing discovey. My immediate reaction was to order a new J-channel section, but on further reflection and plan review, I decided to simply drill another rivet hole to insure the end as properly supported. My rationale was the very end of the stiffener is sandwiched between the skin and the 1011 bulkhead. That plus my additional rivet should more than sufficent--build on! I then got back to business and finished the stiffeners. I then flipped the assembly over and clecoed the rear skin and 1011/1012 bulkheads in-place. I had to work them all into place as the holes didn't want to line up, but I got it done. I then inserted the left side stiffeners and clecoed the left side skin on using up all of my clecos in the process. I'll have to essentially un-cleco the right side stiffeners to free up enough clecos to do the left.
