Clamped stiffeners that I cut the other night to the spars for match drilling. The short stiffeners overlap the long ones, but it’s not a great fit. The reason is the “J” cross-section of the shorter stiffeners doesn’t match that of the longer ones (they weren’t cut from the same stock as that’ how Van’s shipped them to me). Anyway, I clamped them together as best I could with resorting to trying to make them match each other exactly—I think it will be end up being a non-issue.
