****************************************************************************
The RV-10 or X-10 is a low wing custom built high performance experimental aircraft, that I have finished building.
The X-10 aircraft is constructed with aluminum and modern composite materials for both performance and strength. Payload capacity is four full sized adults, 150 pounds of baggage, and ~200 mph cruise. With a range in excess of 600 miles. The X-10 aircraft is powered by a single 260 hp six cylinder horizontally opposed, air-cooled Lycoming IO-540 high performance aviation engine. Converting the 260 hp into thrust, is accomplished by means of a Hartzell two-blade (hydraulic) pitch propeller. The X-10’s avionics suite includes a Dynon Skyview and iPAD with GDL-39 for satellite weather, an autopilot, Garmin 340 communication panel, a Garmin SL-40transceiver and a GXT 327 transponder.
Time worked out to be 2200 hours in a 4 year period.
