Well everyone I hope you enjoy my web site. I'm building an RV-8a in my home garage. My wife and I are having a blast doing this project and with a little luck we should have our first flight late 2008. My time line is: 2005 - Complete Tail Feb 2008 - Complete Wings 2009 - Complete Fuselage 2010 - Engine & Instruments I am a Captain at Southwest Airlines and a retired USAF Lt Col, fighter pilot who flew the F111D/E/F, F4D/E and F4G Wild Weasel. I'm married to the lovely Mary Anne Shelley of Clovis, NM and the father of 3 outstanding boys. David 30, Daniel 27, Nick 24. My oldest son David is married to the former Cheryl Anglin of Las Cruces, NM. Our new addition is our grandson Liam born Sept 2007. David is also a USAF pilot and was flying the mighty KC-135R Stratotanker. Currently David is flying the UAV Predator.
