Welcome to my experimental aircraft Web site. I've been wanting to do this for the past 10 years, just never got to do it (budget and other reasons).... and then in July 2011 our model RC club hosted a fly-in at our local airport. Some of the local RV owners were kind enough to do a fly by and allowed us to view their aircraft. That was it and that following week I started doing my research on building my own RV. I decided to go for an RV-8 purely as a personal preference, although I must say it was 'n difficult call between the 7 and 8, but it was always going to be a tail dragger as I just love the look. The image above is just some ideas on paint schemes (which I have borrowed from other RV owners) and will be updated as I refine the scheme.
