Brief Description: Boxed up crankshaft to send for rebuild
Had journals measured at a local machine shop to verify within tolerance for regrind. Sent crankshaft to Dan Wessman at Sport Performance Aviation who will have the crank magnafluxed to verify there are no fractures, Nitrided, which hardens the crank, a new cam gear amd additional 5th bearing will be welded on and both main journals and rod journals will be ground 0.010" and polished.
