Finally recived my Fluting Pliers from Brown Tools. -Deburred all HS ribs -Fluted ribs for horizontal stabilizer. -The process of machine forming the ribs causes them to be bowed at varying degrees. In order to straighten them, a process called fluting is used with specialty pliers. This bends the flanges esentially shortening them and pulling the rib straight.
