Brief Description:  Proseal TE of R-Flap

22-8:
Steps 4/5/6/7: Prosealed TE of R-Flap per the instructions. I layed a thin layer of Proseal on the inside surfaces of the top and bottom skin after cleaning with MEK to provide a good adherance to the TE wedge. I did not do this with the ailerons and after laying on what I deamed a thin layer on the wedge, I had some areas that did not adhere. Maybe it was too thin but I thought this might happen but I followed the instructions. It is messier and some clean-up is required after applying to the skins but I think the bond will be better. By doing so yoiu force a good thin layer on mating surfaces, always a technique I've use before, so thin material from each surface will bond immediately without gaps.
