Brief Description:  Prime L & R Aileron Parts and Begin L Assy.

21-5:
Step2: Prime all. All these took 26 oz of primer for future reference. Sounds like a lot but I put extra heavy coats on spinner and related parts taht go to an RV-7.
Step 3: Riveted the two doublers to both L and R aileron spars per plans.
Step 4:Attached Nose ribs to counterbalances. Clamped the counterbalance to the table so I could get a good grip on the screwdriver when pulling the AN526C-632R8 screws and AN365-632A nuts (do you think they could come up with a longer part numbers or what). Applied torque seal to the outboard screws. Won't be able to inspect the inboard ones and they were difficult to access once assembled so left them be. Checked to see if I needed to relax the screws tightness once assembled but all seemed to line-up ok without doing so.
Step 5: Riveted and set blind rivets L aileron nose ribs per the plan. Rivets at inboard rib took some coaxing to get holes lined up. Used hand sqeezer with 3 in deep jaws to reach all conventional rivets.
