21-3: Step 4; Clecoed main ribs to L and R aileron spar assy and final drilled #40 holes that were to be countersunk later. Assembled inboard brackets left and right ailerons. Final drilled 3/16 in AN3 holes using four drill sizes with 3/16 in being the last. The rest of procedures were as instructed. Step 5: Cut the A-710 stiffeners per the drawings on the band saw and used the fixed sanding disk to square up the edges. Hand sanded the edges lengthwise to remove cross-marks from disk sander and deburred edges afterward using the light debur wheel of the two-wheel polisher. Step 6: Per the instructions, clecoed the skins to their respective stiffeners after marking them left to right for each of the four skins.
