16-3: Step 1: Aligned R wing spar for straightness and twist same as done on L wing. Cleco'd J-stiffeners, wing walk doublers, inner and outer top wing skins to R wing spar and ribs per the instructions. Cleco'd nutplaes that attached along the inboard edge of top inbd wing skin.
