Brief Description: Wing Tank / Wing Attach Nutplates, Tie Down
!3-3: Step 9: Left Spar enlarge 9/32 in hole to 3/8 in and instlled snap ring. 13-4: Step 1: Run #40 drill through fuel tank and wing attach nutplates 3/32 in holes, both spars. Step 2: Run #30 reamer through the three spar doubler to spar web holes, both spars. Step 3 & 4:Machine countersink #3 and #4 AN426 rivets as shown in diagram, both spars. Step 5: Riveted tankd and wing attach nutplates to both spars as shown in diagrams. Step 6: Fabricate Tie-Down Brackets as shown less the pilot hole. Step 7: Scribed lines with sharpie for alignment with spar web holes and butted the tie down against the upper spar stifffener which worked out to the same dimentions as desired. Drilled the #30 and #12 holes in both spars as shown in diagram. Step 8 & 9: Removed the tie downs, drilled #40 holes for nutplated and countersunk as directed. Step 10: Primed tie downs.
