10-10 Step 1: Cleco Bellcrank Angles into place Step 2: Finish drill holes common to Bellcrank Angles and Ribs Step 3: Make F-1010B Spacer from AS3-125x1.000 Step 4: Insert Longerons. Found bend not in correct location (20 11/16" vs 20 1/16). Removed and rebent Longerons to correct spec. Step 5: Centered F-1010B spacer w/ two-sided carpet tape. Step 6: Clecoed AFt Deck in place.
10-11 Step 1: Clamped Longerons in place and rechecked for zero twist on tailcone. Step 2: Match-drill all common holes of Side Skins and Longerons with #41 drill. Spec called for 3/16" which is more like a #42. Oversight on my part but should be ok with #41 reemer later when top skins put in place.
